Finding Finding time to do “what we want” is one of the challenges of modern life.
Our daily routine seems to engage us in activities that we do not always like or wish we were not doing. We long for moments to ourselves.
Meditating is one of those moments that we consider out of reach due to lack of time. However, the more we enter in a meditative state, the calmer we feel and the better we train our minds to perform our daily duties more efficiently and with joy.
At La Arcadia we offer meditation sessions inspired by the Zen meditation techniques.
Our 60 min. sessions are organized as follows:
Preparatory Introduction: 10 min.
Meditation: 20 min.
Break in meditation: 5 min.
Meditation: 20 min.
Closing: 5 min
